We were pleased to invite you to the TOPO Annual General Meeting (AGM), which took place on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. The AGM is a meeting place where the organization's members are presented with a review of activities, the activity plan for the coming year, and the issues that will guide our present and future actions.

The previous year (2021-2022) had once again confronted us with program changes due to the pandemic, but we were able to combine a mix of in-person and virtual events, both for artistic programming and training.
An important part of our program was undoubtedly the forum. MUTATIONS :: Le livre à l’ère numérique, a program of 24 webinars that you can still view online at mutationsdulivre.ca. In September 2021, we were finally able to organize the balades poétiques with the Toxique Trottoir troupe, in Rosemont, with the project Mes mots, mon quartier : mesmots.caSeveral window display projects have been adapted for the internet, with undeniable success in terms of reach. Finally, our workshops in virtual mode worked very well, notably reaching customers outside Montreal.
At the close of the AGA, we invited the company LopLop, which presented its digital tools for creating animated and interactive landscapes, as well as its window display, where a million works were destroyed, one every second, a ruthless metaphor for obsolescence.
Please note that Wednesday, August 24 (7 days before the AGM) is the deadline for submitting nominations for the three open positions on the Board of Directors. To submit your nomination, you must be a member in good standing and send us by email, a note summarizing your professional background and explaining your motivation for joining the TOPO board of directors.
To vote, you must be a member in good standing at the time of the event.
